For the re-opening of H&M stores in Berlin, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, we set up a customization station where customers who purchased an item in-store could have their pieces personalized with curated heat-press patches by a Makery host. Together with the H&M team, we developed a collection of red, playful patches that reflected H&M’s brand identity. The activation gave customers a chance to engage with the brand and take home a unique, personalized item as a reminder of the event.
