In 2023, we once again had the pleasure of organizing the creative workshops for Zalando’s summer party – this time at Berlin’s Kulturbrauerei. More than 6,000 international colleagues came together to celebrate a day full of encounters, music, and shared experiences.

Our workshops have now become a permanent part of Zalando’s summer celebrations. They offer guests the chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of the party, sit down for a while, and enjoy creative activities with friends while also getting to know new colleagues.

With a diverse program of open-table workshops, participants were able to get creative, connect, and engage beyond their daily work routines. Our team of more than 30 hosts supported the guests throughout, creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.

Tailored to the theme of the summer party, the workshops perfectly complemented the colorful program and turned the Kulturbrauerei into a vibrant place where creativity, community, and fun took center stage.
