For Qonto’s team event, we designed a collaborative art workshop with a twist: each participant painted a single part of a larger artwork without knowing the full design. At the end, the canvases were assembled into one big piece for the office wall, revealing the complete picture. The slight imperfections in lining and color became a powerful symbol of teamwork — showing how every individual contributes in their own way, and together those unique efforts create something greater than the sum of its parts.
