At Zalando’s DENIM x DENIM Craft Fest in Berlin, the DIY workshops were the highlight of the day — and we were the team behind making them happen. Tasked by the lead agency, we brought our workshop expertise to the forefront: designing the flow, sourcing all creative materials, and providing expert hosts who guided guests through every step.

The result was a seamless workshop experience where over 2,000 visitors could customize and design denim items from brands including Levi’s, Wrangler, Lee, Replay, Tommy Jeans, Pepe Jeans, and Weekday. From fringe-cutting and stencil-painting to denim accessories, guests explored endless ways to reimagine denim.
