For an internal Loud & Proud queer community event at Delivery Hero, organized by La Boom, around 70 employees gathered at the Delivery Hero HQ. After an inspiring workshop by LemLem Culture on Nurturing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, participants had the chance to get creative themselves.

The Makery hosted a notebook collage workshop: each employee received a notebook to personalize with magazines, scrapbook papers, and other materials – all inspired by the Loud & Proud theme.

This activation provided a creative complement to the content-driven program, encouraged exchange and community, and created personal keepsakes that carried the event’s message beyond the day itself.
