Since 2023, we have been regularly organizing Crafternoons for Contentful employees at their Berlin office. Several times a year, we design creative formats tailored to the season — from festive Advent wreaths and vision boards to pumpkin carving in the fall.

Beyond seasonal themes, employees have explored a wide spectrum of creative techniques: painting, pottery, terrarium building, candle making, and much more. In total, we have facilitated over 20 different workshops so far, offering variety and fresh creative impulses each time.

The Crafternoons give employees the opportunity to try new things together, express their creativity, and connect outside of daily work routines — an inspiring break that continues to strengthen the sense of community within the office.
