For their company celebration, 1000hands wanted to host a workshop where 80 employees could create large collaborative artworks to later display in the office. We designed a concept that actively involved all participants and turned the creative process into a true team experience.

Employees were divided into groups and began with small drawings that were passed around within the group and further developed by each colleague. These mini-artworks served as the foundation for discussions and combinations, leading to a final group design. Each team then painted their chosen motif onto a large canvas.

With guidance from our artists, the individual canvases were finally assembled into one large artwork. The result was a collective piece that reflects the diversity of ideas and styles — a lasting reminder of creative collaboration now displayed in the 1000hands office.

Accompanied by food and drinks, the workshop offered employees not only a creative break but also an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen team spirit.
